Weekly Lunch and Learn

Weekly Lunch and Learn is a free networking lunch for real estate investors and related professionals, held every Wednesday at Hickory Tavern Cary, 1156 Parkside Main Street, Cary, NC 27519. It is run by the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (www.treia.com).

Each week features a presentation on a different current real estate topic. Subjects include private money lending, improving your networking, creative financing, BRRR, credibility kits, investing with retirement funds, land development, Subject To investing, lease options and asking for hard money, among others. The organiser says the room draws beginners and experienced investors, plus agents, bankers, hard money lenders, appraisers, property managers and general contractors.

People begin gathering at 11:30am, and networking runs until 12:30pm. The program starts at 12:00, and the topic presentation typically runs from 12:30 to 1:30pm. Entry is free. Food is not included, but the venue appreciates a purchase from attendees.
