Saimir launched a networking group in Charlotte with the support of Rockstar Connect, a company based in Raleigh. He began at Charlotte Beer Garden in April 2021 as one of the first networking groups to meet live after the COVID-19 global shutdown.

By the end of that year he connected with a local group called Network Charlotte, and the two hosted events through the years at venues across the city as the group continued to meet and grow.

In 2025 Hannah Fitch, a Charlottean with highly active CEO energy, came in and gave the group the support and shape to position into the Network Charlotte Foundation, which will continue to thrive in Charlotte.
