Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Network Raleigh (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.

2. What Network Raleigh Is

Network Raleigh is an event discovery and aggregation service. We compile publicly available event listings from third-party platforms including Meetup, Eventbrite, Luma, and others, and make them searchable in one place. We are not an event organizer, ticket seller, or employer.

3. Accuracy of Event Information

Event data on this Platform is sourced from third parties. We do not verify, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy of any event listing, including but not limited to:

Event dates, times, and locations
Whether an event is still happening or has been cancelled
Whether employers will be present at a listed event
Ticket availability or pricing

Always confirm event details directly with the organizer before attending. Network Raleigh is not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or expense resulting from inaccurate event information.

4. No Endorsement

Listing an event on Network Raleigh is not an endorsement of that event, its organizer, or any employer or individual associated with it. We make no representations about the quality, safety, or legitimacy of any listed event.

5. Event Submissions

If you submit an event for listing on the Platform:

You represent that you have the right to submit the event information
You grant Network Raleigh a non-exclusive license to display the event information on the Platform
We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion and without notice
Submitting false, misleading, or spam events may result in permanent rejection of future submissions

6. Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails about events in the Triangle area. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will not send you unsolicited commercial email unrelated to our core purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Network Raleigh name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Saimir Ogranaja. Event data sourced from third parties remains the property of those parties. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saimir Ogranaja and Network Raleigh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed employment opportunities, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any event listed on it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed $100 USD.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform links to third-party event registration pages. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of those third parties.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Scrape or systematically download Platform content
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Submit false, misleading, or spam event listings
Attempt to interfere with the Platform's operation

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
