Weekly Lunch and Learn

Weekly Lunch and Learn is a free networking lunch for real estate investors and related professionals, held every Wednesday at Hickory Tavern Cary, 1156 Parkside Main Street, Cary, NC 27519. It is run by the Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (www.treia.com).

Each week features a presentation on a different real estate topic. Examples include private money lending, creative financing, BRRR, credibility kits, investing with retirement funds, land development, Subject To investing, lease options, asking for hard money, and improving your networking. The source says there are many more.

The room mixes people from across real estate investing, including beginners, seasoned experts, agents, bankers, hard money lenders, appraisers, property managers and general contractors.

• Topic presentation: typically 12:30 to 1:30pm

Admission is free. Food is not included, though the organizer says a purchase at Hickory Tavern is greatly appreciated.
