Weekly Lunch and Learn

The Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (www.treia.com) hosts a free networking lunch every Wednesday at Hickory Tavern Cary, 1156 Parkside Main Street, Cary, NC 27519, for real estate investors and the professionals who work with them.

Each week features a different current real estate topic. Examples include private money lending, improving your networking, creative financing, BRRR, credibility kits, investing with retirement funds, land development, Subject To investing, lease options and how to ask for hard money. The organiser says more topics are covered beyond these.

Attendees range from beginners to seasoned experts, and include agents, bankers, hard money lenders, appraisers, property managers and general contractors. Networking runs from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, and the program begins at 12:00. The topic presentation typically runs from 12:30 to 1:30 pm.

Admission is free. Food is not included, though the organiser greatly appreciates purchases that support Hickory Tavern.
