Sound Bath

Sound Bath is a live meditative sound session run by Triangle Meditations at its Raleigh Temple near Falls Lake, starting at 4:00 PM on November 6, 2026. Singing bowls, a pan drum, chimes, gongs and harmonic vocals are played to guide listeners into calm awareness.

The organiser describes the temple as a cozy, open space with "forest chi-energy," and presents the session as a way to rest and renew energy through the sounds.

The suggested donation is $15 to $40, given as each person is able. Attendees are asked to sign up through the image on the organiser's listing.
