An in-person NACD Research Triangle Chapter session at Grant Thornton in Raleigh, run with Grant Thornton, that walks board directors through the COSO-NACD integrated governance framework to help them evaluate board/committee oversight, risk escalation, strategy alignment, and gaps in governance practice. It carries 3 NACD credits and targets directors, board chairs, CEOs, general counsel, and risk/governance officers.
