2026 Seed2Grow Showcase and Pitch Competition (N.C. Plant Sciences Initiative)

From lab to field: Come watch NC State agtech entrepreneurs and researchers pitch their biggest ideas

Join us for the second Seed2Grow Showcase & Pitch Competition, hosted by the N.C. Plant Sciences Initiative (N.C. PSI) at NC State University. This high-energy event will spotlight bold new innovations designed to address grand challenges in agriculture and the environment.

The Showcase will feature pitches from entrepreneurs, researchers, and startups, including participants from N.C. PSI's Seed2Grow program, which supports NC State innovators in commercializing their technologies.

Two competition tracks will be presented: one for current NC State students and one for NC State researchers (faculty, postdocs, and research scholars).

With industry experts serving as judges and an audience of investors, industry leaders, and the NC State community, the event promises to spark collaboration, highlight breakthrough ideas, and showcase the strength of North Carolina's growing agtech ecosystem.
