The Lost Library: 3-Part Murder Mystery

The Lost Library is a $20 murder mystery at Kingfisher Durham, starting at 7:00 PM on November 23, 2026, where each attendee plays an assigned character. The story is called "The Unwritten," and this session is Part 1: The Stories.

The setting is the town of Redvale, where authors, professors and townsfolk find a private library in which every book is missing its ending. Someone may be willing to kill to keep those stories buried. The mystery unfolds through scripts handed out during the evening, and each guest receives character traits and secrets. An intermission leaves time for food and drinks.

Payment ahead of time is required to hold a spot and receive a character. Once payment arrives, organiser Gina sends a writeup of the character with its secrets and details. Refunds are available until 24 hours before the event, the same point at which RSVPs close. Guests may wear costumes or bring extra details to flesh out their characters. Payment options:
