Wellness Field Day (Cary Chamber of Commerce)

Alloy Personal Training invites the Cary community to a free, family-friendly Wellness Field Day at Thomas Brooks Park. Take on the Mini Tough Run, jump into tug of war and lawn games, and try a fitness challenge then unwind at the wellness zone with guided stretching, recovery, and free grip strength. Little ones get their own Kids Zone with bubbles, a mini relay, and games, while a village of local vendors shares samples and giveaways. Pick up a Field Day Passport at check-in, collect stamps around the park, and enter to win prizes. All ages and fitness levels welcome come move, connect, and have fun with your neighbors.
